Minsterial Staff
Mt. Carmel's Ministerial staff supports clergy, manages operations, provides pastoral care, and facilitates worship services to ensure the spiritual and practical needs of the congregation are met.
Deacon Ministry
The MCBC Deacon Ministry is an extension of the Pastor, aiding in the ministry and the care of the people to fulfill his vision. We function as servants, ministering to the body in practical ways and always assisting where needed. No matter who we serve, the Scriptures make it clear that ministering as a deacon is a rewarding and honorable calling in the church.
Deaconess Ministry
The MCBC Deaconess Ministry is a group of women, who as an extension of the Pastor serve the congregation and community. We assist with church ordinances, supporting the clergy, ministering to the needy, and educating female church members.

Inspirational Choir
The Music Ministry consists of members of all ages used by God to minister His message through song. MCBC Music Ministry ushers God’s people into His presence with praise and worship. Music Department consists of musicians and singers who have been called by.

Adult Usher Ministry
Usher Ministries are the official doorkeepers at MCBC, whose primary function is to assist the ministerial staff by escorting, directing, seating, and the general keeping of order for persons who come to participate in worship services.

Greeters Ministry
MCBC Greeters Ministry welcomes visitors and members attending service and ensures their needs and concerns are met. Being a greeter involves more than just standing at the door and shaking hands as people enter as they enter the church. Greeters is a ministry with the responsibility of helping all who come to worship, feel joy, sincerity, importance, peace, and comfort when they enter the doors of the church. Most of all, we help them feel welcomed.

Youth & Young Adult Ministry
The Youth & Young Adult Ministry helps youth and young adults develop a personal relationship with Jesus by providing them the resources to grow in worship, ground them in the Word, and give them opportunities to witness and serve others. We have also given them the skills and support groups they need to make wise decisions at this critical time in their lives.

Women's Ministry
The Women’s Ministry caters to all women of the Mt. Carmel Baptist Church family and the community. We equip women in the church to enrich each other’s lives through Christ, to discover their spiritual gifts to use in ministry, as well as determine needs within the community. Finally, we lead women to accept Christ as Lord and Savior, maintaining a healthy love relationship with Him and sharing him with others.

Trustee Ministry
Trustees function as Christian stewards of property God has entrusted to the congregation. This includes supervising and maintaining both the physical property and gifts made to the congregation so that the ministries can be effective.
